Mentoring
Tzuria Learning Centre's mentors focus on the full development of the learner. To start with it is essential that a person learns how to study and secondly, takes the responsibility of their own future That is why Tzuria encourages mentor-protégé relationships.

The definition of mentoring:
"Mentoring is a nurturing process in which a more skilled or more experienced person (mentor), serving as a role model, teaches, sponsors, encourages, counsels and befriends a less skilled or less experienced person (protégé) for the purpose of promoting the latter's professional and/or personal development. Mentoring functions are carried out within the context of an ongoing, caring relationship between the mentor and protégé."

This mentoring process is essential where Hollywood stars, who lead broken lives, have become our children's role models. Tzuria Learning Centre will provide guidance to help learners become independent, mature adults who purposefully live out their callings. Should a learner experience emotional problems we shall, in deliberation with the parents, request someone to counsel the learner.

Discipline
Tzuria's Learning Centre is not the answer for someone running away from discipline. Rules and discipline are needed where people gather in a group so that chaos does not erupt. We will, however, focus on positive behaviour.

The parents' role
At Tzuria Learning Centre we acknowledge the parents' primary role in the education and disciplining of your child. We undertake to support you in that.
